Butler County Commmissioner, Rawnica Dillingham (R)

The 1973 Supreme Court decision in Roe v. Wade and Doe v. Bolton, did more than just "legalize" abortion on demand; they prohibited virtually any federal, state or local laws from protecting pre-born children from death by abortion throughout all nine months of pregnancy.

1. Do you support reversal of Roe v. Wade and Doe v. Bolton?

   Yes
   I am opposed to these decisons without exceptions. These decisions took important rights away from individual states, which flies in the face of true democracy.

2. Do you support federal and state legislation to ban abortion-on-demand from fertilization to birth?

   Yes
   no exceptions

3. Do you support legislation prohibiting use of tax money for organizations that promote or perform abortions?

   Yes
   I will never support the use of tax money to be used for such purposes and will oppose any tax funded heath insurance coverage in Butler County that would pay for an abortion.

4. Do you support removal or prevention of county-provided health insurance benefits from including abortion coverage?

   Yes
   see #3 above. I am deeply disturbed at the fact that my opponent and the current commission have approved abortion coverage in employee health care policies in the past.

5. Do you support exclusion of abortion coverage from indigent care and other countywide tax levies?

   Yes
   No tax money to be used for such purposes. no exceptions.

6. Do you support legislation prohibiting the killing of human embryos by extracting their stem cells for scientific research?

   Yes
   I oppose the practice of killing human embryos without exception.

7. Do you support legislation prohibiting all cloning of human beings?

   Yes
   no exceptions.

8. Do you support legislation prohibiting assisted suicide in Ohio?

   Yes
   I oppose assisted suicide at any level for any reason whatsoever.
